Today your Guilin 2 days tour will be unveiled with an exciting Li River cruise tour. Our guide will greet you at your hotel in the morning and take you to the dock to board a fancy ship for a four hours cruise on the Li River. You will enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the cruise. Our tour guide will be with you on the boat and give you a brief introduction of Li River. The fascinating views of the peculiar karst landforms and the crystal clear water will leave you a good impression, and the well-known "Yellow Cloth Shoal" which is printed on the back of CNY 20 banknote will not be missed. Upon arrival at Yangshuo, you will have a chance to explore the local villages to enjoy the rural beauty of Yangshuo before getting back to your hotel in Guilin.Friendly Tips:
The cruise lasts around 4 hours and reaches terminal Yangshuo at about 14:00. Lunch is available on board, but the basic Chinese box lunch may fail to meet with your approval. So we recommend you prepare for the cruise with a generous breakfast at the hotel.
Day 2: Guilin-Longsheng Guilin
Today we will escape the city to Longsheng. In the morning, our guide and driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel and then drive you with a van for about 100 kilometers to reach Longsheng. Explore the magnificent Longji Rice Terrace, which is the most famous and amazing terrace in China and enjoys a history of about 650 years. Stretching from the rapid valley to mountain top and crossing through the verdant forest to rocky cliff, the Longji Rice Terrace covers a large range in the villages. Upon arrival at the foot of the mountain, you will climb many steps to the best observation point on the hill side to have a better view of the fields. Before going back to Guilin, we will show you around the local Zhuang village to have a glimpse of local people's traditional way of life. Here, you can appreciate the traditional costumes of Zhuang minority and learn about their culture. At the end of this 2 days Guilin tour package, we will transfer you back to Guilin.
