Day 1: Zhangjiajie-Mengdong River-Zhangjiajie
06:30 Your tour guide will pick up you at your hotel in Zhangjiajie City.
07:00 Join-in the Group tour (also with some Chinese Tourists) and transfer to Mengdong River.
10:30 Arrive Hanigong, starting site of Mengdong River Rafting. Here you can rent water guns , waterproof small cases and rubber suits (same as fireman's suits) for 50RMB
11:00 Start your Mengdong River Rafting. At first you will start at calm waters in a beautiful surrounding. Thne there are some picturous waterfalls that looked like it came from Walt Disneys cartoons. A magical beautiful place! Then there are some exiting rappides and the water guns war started with the other boats.But you might be soaking wet !You wiil be drifted with small rapids and beautiful scenery for about 2 hours . After finishing the drifting,you can see a beautiful and big waterfall slopping on the green vegetated rocks.Along the way you can have some stops where there were food stalls and photo taking .
13:30 You are picked up at the finish spot and transferred to visit Frongrong Ancient Town ( about 1.5 hours visiting), also named Wangcun Twon before 1980's which is standing on the slope side of Mengdong River. Here you can go around the town. The top attraction is Wangcun Waterfall. Liu Xiaoqing's Rice Tofu is must-eat in the town.
15:00 Pick up and transfer from Furong Town to Zhangjaijie City.
