Guiping East Pagoda


The East Pagoda is located on the banks of the Xunjiang River, 4 kilometers east of Guiping City. Built in the Ming Dynasty(1368-1644), the East Pagoda  is a masonry structure with seven floors and eight sides, with a height of 30 meters.

Each time the tower body was stacked with awkward angled eaves and flat roofs for one week, the northeast and northwest sides opened the corner gates, and the other sides were equipped with corner gates. The east tower is topped with copper gourds, and wooden floors and wooden staircases inside the tower reach the top. It is called "East Tower Back to Lan".
