Zhangjiajie Bicycle Race will be held in August
In order to create a national sports tourism demonstration city,
Zhangjiajie City will hold a multi-day bicycle race in August，2022.
The event will be held from August 7th to 8th. On August 7th, the 2022
Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan "Peak Forest Ride" cycling race will be held in the Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Participants will ride through Suoxiyu, Shili Gallery,
Shuiransimen and other places.
On August 8, the 10th Tianmen Mountain "Tianmen Road" Bicycle Challenge will be held in Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area. Participants will ride along the 99-turn road of Tianmen Mountain to Tianmen Cave.
This event consists of five groups: women's mountain group, men's mountain elite group, women's road group, men's road group, and men's mountain public group. 1,000 riders are recruited from all over the country to participate in the competition. The participating riders will be able to visit relevant scenic spots in Zhangjiajie for free.
