No.1 Wulingyuan Scenic Area
Wulingyuan Scenic Area is made up of Zhangjiajie, Tianzi Mountain, Shuoxiyu, and Yangjia Boundary. It was listed as one of the world legacies in 1992 and as a world geology park in 2002. Wulingyuan Scenic Area has a peculiar natural landscape, which features original sandstones, dense forests, and deep ravines. There are thick forests and running streams in the area, creating a picture that resembles a landscape painting.
No.2 Fenghuang Ancient Town

No.4 Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon
Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon is situated in Cili county of Zhangjiajie City. No.7 Yuelu Academy
Yuelu Academy locates at Yuelu Mountain Scenic Zone, a National AAAA Scenic Spot in the west bank of Xiangjiang River in Changsha, Hunan Province. In the ninth year of Kaibao Period, Northern Song Dynasty (A.D 976), Tanzhou Taishou (a prefecture chief of Tanzhou in feudal China) Zhudong officially founded Yuelu Academy based on a school run by Buddhists. After Song Dynasty, Yuan Dynasty, Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty. It was successively named as Hunan Higher Normal School and Hunan Professional Industry School. In 1926, it was normally named as Hunan University. Through thousand years, it is still going forward, thus the university is called "one-thousand-year old academy".
No.10 Mengdong River Scenic Area
Mengdong River Scenic Spot is nearby Furong Ancient Town in Yonghusn County of West Hunan. It is about 130 km away from Zhangjiajie. The 112-kilometer-long river originates in Longshan County. In the lower reaches, it joins Youshui River, and goes into Yuan River. It was named Mengdong River after the hole in its sources in Mengbi Vally in Longshan County. Nowadays, the Mengdong River scenic spot is famous largely as an ideal place for rafting. Here visitors can raft on it in rubber boats, and because of the fantastic scenery and unforgettable experience, it gains the praise as the "number one rafting in the world".
