 Saihanba National Forest Park, a part of the Mulan Paddock,  is located in Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County of Chengde City, Hebei Province, and it borders the Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Sanhanba National Forest Park is the largest of its kind in China. Some 55 years ago, forestry workers started to work there to change what was a desert into a forest. With vast grasslands and forests, lakes and hills dotted th beautiful scenery, it was a royal hunting ground in the Qing Dynasty(1645-1911).

Linchang Town is a small town where tourists who come to visit will all stay here. Among the main scenic spots, Moon Lake is on the east side, Qixing Lake and Taifeng Lake are on the north side, Taoshan Lake and Taiyang Lake are on the west side, and Yudaokou Scenic Spot is on the south side.
