08:00 Pick up and transfer to Tianmen Mountain
12:00 Visit Tianmen Temple & Lingxiao Tower
Finished your hiking, you will get to the Tianmen Mountain Temple,originally built in the Tang Dynasty(618-907) and rebuilt in 2002. This temple is the biggest Buddhist temple in west Hunan Province. Here you have a visiting freely and then take the Forest Sightseeing Cable Car to see Tianmen Mountain Bonsai Garden and to the summit of Tianmen Mountain. Linxiao Tower is standing on the top of Tianmen Mountain, with 1518 meters above sea level. It is one of the best place for getting a bird-view of Zhangjiajie City.
14:00 Take Escalator down to visit Tianmen Cave
After visiting the west part of the scenic area, turn back to the east part of the Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area. Take escalator down to Tianmen Cave, and walk down along the 999 stone stairs before take cable car down the mountain.
18:00 Transfer back to your hotel
After visiting the glass bridge, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Keep you luggage at your hotel,and please bring your passports with you today, your local guide will meet you at your hotel and the then transfer to the lower cable car station of Tianmen Mountain in downtown Zhangjiajie.
After arrival, you will get to the entrance gate with your local guide for taking cable car up to Tianmen Mountain. This cable car is over 7km and it will take you 28 minutes to the top of Tianmen Mountain. On the cable car, you will see Tianmen Cave, the 99 Bends Road,also called the Connected-Heaven Avenue.
Remark: We can also ask the local guide to meet at your hotel in downtown Wulingyuan District.
Maybe it will take you one or two hours waiting for the cable car in high-season.
